  36. I've had two 28.8 Sportsters. Both had disconnect problems. I didn't mind
  37. that so much. USR's customer relations and tech support are essentially
  38. non-existent and an insult. I mind that a lot. BTW, before someone claims
  39. the problem was in my system, the Supra I stuck in the place of the second
  40. USR has worked flawlessly out of the box. It's so nice to not even be
  41. aware I have a modem chugging along.

  43. To repeat...USR customer support is soooo bad it is not worth taking a
  44. chance with this company. There are too many other options available.
